By engaging Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for travel planning services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “traveler”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Role of Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and agent. We research, recommend, and facilitate travel arrangements including, but not limited to, hotels, flights, cruises, tours, and transportation.

 

We do not own, operate, or control any third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators.

By booking through us, you acknowledge that:

• We act solely as an intermediary between you and Suppliers

• Your travel contract is with the Supplier(s), not Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC

• Supplier terms and conditions apply in addition to ours

• We are not responsible for supplier failure or service issues

• We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property

• We are not responsible for personal injury or illness during travel

• We are not responsible for acts of nature, terrorism, or government actions

 

Limitation of Liability: our liability is limited to the amount of planning fees paid to Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing all booking details for accuracy upon receipt

• Ensuring valid travel documents (passports, visas, identification)

• Meeting all entry requirements, including health and customs regulations

• Arriving on time for all travel services

 

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs, for which Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC is not responsible.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid

• Deposits and full payments are required per Supplier terms

• Failure to pay by deadlines may result in cancellation of bookings

• We are not responsible for pricing errors or Supplier-initiated changes

 

Service and planning fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once services have commenced.

 

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All cancellations and changes are subject to Supplier policies, which may include:

• Non-refundable deposits

• Cancellation penalties

• Change fees

 

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC does not control Supplier refund policies or timelines.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the Supplier—not our agency

• Processing times may vary

• Service and planning fees remain non-refundable

 

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

 

5. Travel Insurance Advisory

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

• Lost or delayed baggage and personal property

 

By declining travel insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

 

6. Health, Safety & Travel Advisories

Travel involves inherent risks. Clients are responsible for reviewing current travel advisories issued by the U.S. Department of State and health guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Please visit www.travel.state.gov for all (current, past and future) U.S. Department of State travel advisories and guidance during an emergency.

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC is not liable for:

• Illness, injury, loss, or death during travel

• Acts of crime, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Safety standards of third-party Suppliers

 

7. Force Majeure

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Weather disruptions

• Pandemics or public health emergencies

• Government actions or travel restrictions

• Labor strikes

• Acts of terrorism

• War

 

No refunds or compensation will be provided by Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC for such events.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for services

• We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers

 

9. Errors & Omissions

While we strive for accuracy:

• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, itineraries, or descriptions

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents upon receipt

 

10. Third-Party Terms

Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions. By booking travel, you agree to abide by all Supplier terms, including those related to cancellations, payments, and conduct.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes shall be resolved within Arizona jurisdiction.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable Supplier terms.

 

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found HERE.

 

14. Updates to the Terms & Conditions

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC reserves the right to make updates to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here, on the website, and will apply to future travel bookings.

 

15. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By engaging Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC and submitting payment, you agree to the following:

All payments made to Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC are for professional travel planning services and/or facilitation of travel arrangements with third-party Suppliers.

 

You agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any concerns directly with Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.

 

As an intermediary, Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party Suppliers. Dissatisfaction with a Supplier does not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback against our agency.

 

All service and planning fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

 

In the event of a chargeback, Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC reserves the right to provide documentation to the financial institution, including:

• Agreements and acknowledgments

• Records of services rendered

• Booking confirmations

• Client correspondence

 

If a chargeback is determined to be improper, you agree to be responsible for any associated fees, including administrative costs, chargeback fees, and legal or collection expenses.

 

We reserve the right to refuse future services to clients who initiate chargebacks in violation of this policy.

 

16. Client Conduct

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC expects all clients to communicate and interact respectfully.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services, without refund, in cases of:

• Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

• Harassment, discrimination, or threats

• Failure to comply with payment terms or required documentation

 

Clients must also comply with all Supplier rules and policies. Failure to do so may result in denied services or additional charges, for which we are not responsible.

17. Photography & Marketing Consent

Luxe & Latitude Travel, LLC may use photographs, videos, testimonials, or feedback voluntarily shared by clients for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.

 

We will not use personally identifiable information without explicit consent.

 

Clients may opt out of marketing use at any time by providing written notice.
