We'll discuss your budget range, travel timeline, accommodation requests, preferred activities, and any other details important to you. The goal is to gather all the information needed to craft a custom itinerary tailored to your vision.

Most vacations are planned at no additional cost to you. However, depending on the complexity of support your trip requires, a planning or service fee may apply. This will be discussed during our initial conversation.

Regarding Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals

While platforms like Airbnb can offer a wide range of options, they often lack the consistency, service, and support that define a luxury travel experience.

For this reason, we do not typically source accommodations directly through Airbnb. However, if you have a specific property in mind, we are happy to advise and assist where appropriate.

Please note that for independently sourced rentals, our involvement may be limited, and additional planning fees may apply.

Great! Whether you already have a destination in mind or are still deciding, I can help refine the experience and guide the planning process from there. I can also get you access to VIP hotel perks/amenities - usually at the same price as booking direct.

What if I have no idea where I want to go yet?

That's okay - honestly, that's often part of the fun. If you know the kind of feeling or experience you want, I can help narrow down destination ideas that fit your vision.

Does Luxe & Latitude Travel only book "luxury travel"?

My primary focus is on elevated, personalized travel experiences with a strong emphasis on quality, service, and thoughtful detail. That doesn't mean every trip has to feel overly formal or extravagant - it simply means the planning experience is curated with intention. Remember: luxury is in the eye of the beholder.

When should I reach out to start planning?

The earlier, the better - especially for high-demand destinations, holiday travel, honeymoons, milestone trips, and large group/family travel. Whenever possible, I recommend reaching out several months in advance to allow for the best availability and a more relaxed planning process.
